The Big Glow is a new lighting collection designed by Amsterdam-based Studio Truly Truly for Rakumba, a long-established lighting manufacturer. Blending sustainable materials with refined aesthetics, the Big Glow is crafted from Australian wool and a plant-based compostable fibre (although no further details are provided). Big Glow was launched during Milan Design Week 2025, featured at both the Big Glow Espresso Lounge at Euroluce and Valcucine Showroom in the Brera district.
Supported by Woolmark, the entire production—from wool-growing to assembly—occurs in Victoria, ensuring traceability and reduced environmental impact.
