Yukai Engineering blow robot
Yukai Engineering blow robot

The appliance you have been waiting for – an AI-enabled robot that can blow on our food was launched at the recent CE show in Las Vegas.

Just a week before the west coast of California went up in flames due to our overconsumption of fossil fuels, Japanese company Yukai Engineering launched their blowing robot. Developed in response to the urgent need for a device to reduce the temperature of food and drink before consumption this portable robot can be attached to crockery or containers and blow on your food to save you from this onerous task.

Nearly half the population of Japan suffers from heat-sensitive tounges we are told, and the Nékojita FuFu has been developed with these tongues in mind. The device contains a fan powered by a rechargeable battery and uses a ‘specially developed algorithm’, the “Fu-ing System”, to mimic human breath. Just how we have managed to exist without this plastic device for so long is not discussed. However, in the future, we can all rest easy as this handy AI robot optimises the temperature of our lattes.

Landfill in the making and the kind of c$%# that gets plastic a bad name!
