Note:
Paul McCobb developed a side chair and an armchair comprised of straight planes to replace the more common curvilinear organic curves popular at the time. The side chair was available as a stacking chair or with a pedestal base and the armchair could be optioned with a spider or pedestal base or more traditional four legged versions also available.
