Note:
Named after the Italian anarchist, the Malatesta looks like a traditional chair but is made entirely of fibreglass-reinforced polyester, with foam padding and plastic covering the seat and backrest. The Malatesta was manufactured by Poltronova. Sottsass lived life at a fast pace in the same year he designed the Malatesta he got divorced, gave a series of lectures in Great Britain and Japan and received an Honorary doctorate from the College of Art, London and designed the famous Ultrafragola mirror.
